Most people are used to living from their thoughts.
Trying to think their way forward.

But thinking harder doesn’t bring you closer to yourself.
It just takes you further from what you already feel.

My work is different.
We don’t start with your thoughts.
We start with your body.

We begin with a free intro call, a conversation to get to know each other and explore what’s happening for you. No pressure, no commitment. Just an honest conversation to see if working together feels right.

If it does, we start with 1:1 sessions online.

Every session, we slow down together. We create space to notice what’s actually happening inside you, not what you think about it, but what you feel. We work with breath, body awareness, and conversation. We pay attention to tension, signals, sensations. The things your body has been trying to tell you that your mind kept talking over.

This is not about fixing you or pushing you to change faster.
It’s about learning to hear yourself again.

Session by session, something shifts.
Not because I tell you what to do.
But because you start to trust what you already know.

Your choices begin to feel like yours.
Your body becomes your compass.
And you find your way back to yourself.
